The Avaya Professional Credential Program recognizes individuals who master Avaya Solutions, technologies and practices.
Whether an Avaya Customer, Partner, consultant, or student, the Avaya Credentials prepare individuals with the latest skills to help them succeed. As real-time communications become ubiquitous in the workplace, the Avaya Credentials ensure individuals will confidently keep pace with the business needs and benefits from Avaya Solutions and technologies.
Avaya Certification Credentials require passing one or more exams or learning activities in the required areas. Exams are globally available at Pearson VUE test centers around the world. They are proctored, computer-based, and utilize a multiple-choice format.
Avaya Recommendation
Avaya is pleased to recommend two industry standard, vendor neutral exams as a foundational level to proceed with the Avaya Professional Credential Program. The CompTIA Convergence+™ and CTP 2007 exams are a recommended element to provide proof of an individual’s fundamental knowledge and competency in voice data, telephony and networking technologies.

When you are at a Pearson VUE® Authorized Test Centers and prior to starting your Avaya Certification exam, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the Avaya Certification Program Agreement. By taking an Avaya certification exam, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
